Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital media buying campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other programmatic networks.

  • Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
  • Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and clients to develop effective media plans aligned with business goals.
  • Negotiate rates and placements with media vendors to ensure cost-effective ad buys.
  • Monitor daily campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure optimal delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present campaign insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, invoices, and media spend.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of proven experience in digital media buying or a related marketing role.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor and client interactions.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns within allocated spend.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to campaign management.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
