Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across digital and traditional channels to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Negotiate and purchase advertising space and time from media outlets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum reach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to develop integrated campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns remain within allocated financial parameters.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and new media opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners to secure advantageous rates and placements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, platform updates, and best practices in media buying and digital marketing.
  • Test and implement new media channels and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all media buys comply with legal, ethical, and brand guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign spend.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic buying tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media planning software.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
