Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
Optimize campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure effective targeting for each campaign.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and videos.
Implement retargeting strategies to convert engaged audiences into buyers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance dashboards, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Coordinate with the E-commerce and Website teams to align campaigns with active promotions and stock availability.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to enhance results.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
1 3 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying or performance marketing.
Proven success in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel tracking, and attribution tools.
Excellent time management, reporting, and communication skills.
Basic understanding of creative strategy, funnel optimization, and landing page performance.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of influencer media buying and UGC ad content is a plus.
