Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and develop effective media buying strategies.
  • Negotiate and purchase advertising inventory to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective media placements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track spending, and ensure alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital media buying.
  • Test and implement new tools, technologies, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, and platform representatives.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant advertising policies, guidelines, and brand standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in media buying, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with media buying and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
