Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A Media Buyer plans, executes, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns to achieve marketing goals. They manage budgets, target the right audiences, and analyze performance to maximize ROI. Media Buyers collaborate with creative teams and deliver clear performance insights.
Job Requirements
- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand marketing goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives
- Develop and execute media plans aligned with budgets, timelines, and audience insights
- Research media channels, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify optimal platforms
- Negotiate media rates and placements to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure media placements align with messaging and assets
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs
- Track media spend to ensure budget efficiency and performance targets are met
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Mass Communication or any related field
- At least From 2- 4 years of experience in working in the same position
- Previous Experience in Marketing & Advertising Agencies is a must!
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office ,Meta Ads Manager and (Facebook & Instagram)Google Ads
- Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills
- Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities
- Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability

- Work location: Maadi/Cairo
- Working Days/Hours: Sunday ( Fixed work from home day) From Monday to Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM or 11:00AM to 7:00PM
- WeekEnds: Friday & Saturday
