Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic display.

  • Develop and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, property promotion, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
  • Analyze performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with real estate advertising trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with tracking tools (pixels, conversion APIs, GA4, CRM integrations).

Desired Candidate Profile

3 5 years of experience as a Media Buyer, with proven experience in real estate marketing.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Solid understanding of real estate funnels (lead gen, nurturing, site visits, closings).
  • Experience managing medium to large ad budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Familiarity with landing pages, lead forms, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with luxury real estate, commercial real estate, or large-scale property developments and leasing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience working with agencies or in-house real estate teams.
  • Basic understanding of creative strategy and copy performance.
