Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement media buying strategies and plans aligned with marketing objectives.
Conduct budget estimation and allocation for campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, etc.)
br>Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective creatives and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop ad creatives and messaging.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
Ensure campaigns are optimized for ROI, engagement, and lead generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in digital media buying or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager reports).
