Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and manage paid social campaigns on Meta, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok with a strong focus on conversion generation

Take ownership of paid social channels, including campaign ideation, execution, and scaling in line with strategic business goals

Contribute to the development of the performance marketing growth strategy with a focus on social ads

Identify and test new opportunities to improve channel performance

Develop content ideas, write ad copy, and conduct A/B testing

Own the creative strategy for paid social, from concept to execution

Brief and collaborate closely with design and content teams to produce high-performing creative assets

Work cross-functionally with other departments to continuously optimize growth and marketing strategies

Create clear, insightful reports and analyses covering all key KPIs

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a degree or completed training in Marketing, Business, or a comparable field

You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social - Media Buying

Experience managing campaigns on at least one of the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest

Previous experience in B2C, ideally within e-commerce

Strong affinity for data, tracking, and analytics

Efficient, goal-oriented, and well organized

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Good English language skills (spoken and written)
