Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

•Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.

•Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across platforms.

•Conduct audience research and segmentation to build targeted campaigns aligned with business objectives.

•Collaborate with the creative team to brief and review ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

•Run A/B tests on ad formats, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance.

•Generate regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for management.

•Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, and industry trends.

•Coordinate with external agencies or platform representatives where required.

Desired Candidate Profile

•Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.

•Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

•Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

•Experience with influencer paid amplification and boosted content strategies.

•Knowledge of SEO and organic social media as complementary channels.
