Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat

  • Develop full-funnel media strategies tailored specifically for Food & Beverage brands
  • Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS and CPA
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief ad creatives and improve performance
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and offers
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions
  • Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in F&B advertising
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with promotions and launches.

Job Type: (Full-time - On-site)

This position starts with a 3-month probation period, after which the employee will be confirmed based on performance.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying, digital advertising, or a related marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets, including high-spend paid media accounts.
  • This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of paid advertising platforms, and hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns for F&B brands.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with hands-on experience in media planning and buying tools.
  • Advanced experience with conversion tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills when working with vendors and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on performance and results.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of media trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a must.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or delivery-based F&B brands is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new technologies.
