Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (Leads, Conversions, ROI).
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and maximize return on investment.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Manage social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement.
• Write professional marketing content aligned with brand tone and objectives.
• Coordinate with design teams to produce high-quality advertising creatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Manage messages and comments professionally.

Requirements:

• 3 5 years of proven experience in Media Buying and Social Media Management.
• Strong hands-on experience in paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
