Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Set up and schedule in-app ad campaigns based on manager guidance.
Upload creatives and ensure campaigns are launched correctly and on time.
Monitor running campaigns and flag performance issues or discrepancies.
Follow up with suppliers to collect required materials (images, content, approvals).
Respond to supplier inquiries related to campaign timelines and formats.
Maintain campaign files and documentation in organized systems.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance (CTR, impressions, conversions, etc.).
Support the team in gathering performance data for internal and supplier reviews.
Work closely with design and tech teams to coordinate creative assets.
Coordinate with the Category team to align campaign timings with commercial plans.

Desired Candidate Profile
-Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in media buying, media planning, or digital advertising operations, either in-house or at an agency.
-Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts, metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS), and ad serving technologies.
-Experience with media buying software and ad tech platforms.
-Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
-Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
-Bachelor s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
