Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Have Good Experiance in Google ADs and SEO is must.
- Negotiate and secure optimal media placement deals, leveraging strong relationships with media vendors to maximize campaign impact and minimize costs.
- Analyze media plans and performance data to identify areas for improvement, optimizing strategies for enhanced reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis, using data-driven insights to pinpoint the most effective media channels and target demographics.
- Develop and present compelling media buying proposals and strategies, clearly articulating the rationale behind recommendations and potential ROI.
- Manage media budgets effectively, tracking spending, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines, and providing accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Stay abreast of the latest media trends, technologies, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance media buying strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of media buys across various channels, including digital, broadcast, print, and out-of-home, ensuring flawless implementation.
- Evaluate the performance of media campaigns through comprehensive post-campaign analysis, providing actionable insights to inform future media planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and staying informed of new opportunities and offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in media buying, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and vendor negotiation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in media planning and buying platforms, including programmatic, and digital media tools.
- Solid understanding of media metrics, analytics, and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- A passion for media and advertising, with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
