Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Media Sales Consultants to meet and exceed sales targets
- Set clear goals, monitor pipelines, and ensure consistent team performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key client marketing teams
- Collaborate with the Buying Department to align media inventory with client needs
- Develop and refine sales strategies for OOH campaigns including billboards, digital screens, and branded activations
- Report on sales performance and contribute to commercial planning
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or commercial leadership
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of OOH media and campaign execution
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into impactful solutions
