Roles & Responsibilities

REQUIRED SKILLS:  

  • High level of confidentiality and respect for medical secrecy.
  • Capacity to listen to and support employees.
  • Good management of stress and sensitive situations.
  • Sense of organization and autonomy in work.
  • Initiative and ability to make quick decisions in emergencies.
  • Ability to work in coordination with administrative services and hierarchy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Emergency situation management "First aid, basic resuscitation, evacuations of emergency patients to hospitals, laboratories, imaging centers.
  • Management and control of du ality matters m dical “St riculation, Monitoring of Stocks, v ariation of p reminder dates.
  • Management and updating of medical records.
  • Assist the doctor during consultations if necessary.
  • Manage telephone calls and respond to patient requests.
  • Enter medical data and ensure its confidentiality.
  • Participate in the management of orders for medical equipment and consumables.
  • Proficiency in routine nursing care: injections, sampling, dressings.
  • Capacit r aliser un lectrocardiogramme (ECG).
  • Knowledge of hygiene and infection prevention protocols "waste sorting.
  • Proficiency in computer tools: Word, Excel, Medical Management software.

  • Diploma of State in Paramedic or Diploma of Nursing Brevet.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the field of nursing, ideally in a clinical or corporate setting.
  • Workplace: Bab Ezzouar.
