Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review and audit medical claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and regulations.
Collaborate with medical, administrative, and billing teams to resolve claim issues and clarify documentation requirements.
Ensure all claims adhere to insurance guidelines, coding standards, and hospital protocols.
Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
Support external audits and regulatory reviews by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Medicine.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inpatient / Outpatient medical claims auditing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
