Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple branches.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Ensure all clinics operate in alignment with Mersal s mission, vision, and standards.
  • Supervise and support clinic staff; conduct performance evaluations.
  • Manage internal and external communications related to clinic services.
  • Review patient medical records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Handle clinic budgets, billing systems, and inventory management.
  • Oversee procurement, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
  • Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and improvement plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Medicine (mandatory).
  • Diploma/Master s degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or clinic management.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Knowledge of procurement and inventory processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic with good command of English.
