Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient records, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines.

  • Review clinical documentation to extract the necessary data for coding, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures, enhancing the accuracy of coding.

  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of data entered into electronic health records (EHR) systems, maintaining high data integrity.

  • Experience in hospital, clinic, or insurance settings preferred.

  • GCC experience preferred, especially in Qatar or United Arab Emirates.

  • Must have valid visa in Qatar with NOC

  • Male candidates only

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Medical Coding certificate is mandatory

  • Certification as a Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, or CCS-P) from a recognized professional organization is essential.

  • Experience of at least 2 years in medical coding, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting, is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and coding software is a must for efficient data entry.
