Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for Healthcare providers.
  • Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring and professional development classes related to the Continuous Medical Education)
  • Marketing available training opportunities to healthcare providers and providing necessary information.
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Medical background is a must, Bachelor's Degree in ( Pharmacy or Science ).
  • Preferably Post graduate Degree (TQMH ,CPHQ or any other training experience related to project Management).
  • Have Experience in the preparation of Conferences, events and awareness campaigns.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
