span>Responsibilities:br>Negotiate and finalize provider contracts and tariffs in compliance with UAE regulatory bodies (DOH/DHA/HAAD).br>Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers.br>Conduct provider visits, meetings, and audits to ensure compliance and service quality.br>Monitor provider performance, resolve escalations, and support claims and audit teams.br>Contribute to network expansion and strategic initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.br>Achieve cost containment and operational efficiency targets.br> br>Qualifications:br>Bachelor s degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.br>2 4 years of experience in provider contracting, network management, or healthcare operations within the UAE.br>Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations (DOH/DHA/HAAD).br>Familiarity with DRGs, CPT, ICD-10 coding, eClaimLink, Shafafiya, and Riayati systems.br> br>Skills:br>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills./span>
