Medical Records Auditor American Hospital Dubai LLC

Supports the analysis and incomplete records coordinators,  providing advice as and when requested.  

Completes the daily analysis of Emergency Department records.

Coordinates and participates in the Outpatient (OP) clinical documentation review for the Chief Medical Officer's Office.  

• Collates the findings for monthly reporting.

• Identifies appropriate examples for the monthly presentations.

Multidisciplinary Review:

• Assigns the Outpatient (OP) records for review, for all the participating departments. 

• Completes audit of the records assigned to the Medical Record Department.

Monitors the Release of Information (ROI) telephone lines; during times of off-duty (Thursday and annual leave), and responds to all requests and voice messages received.

Maintains the American Hospital Dubai's death register, and follows up on any inaccuracies/ deficiencies noted.  

Attends meetings in the absence of the Health Information Management (HIM) Director.

Provides Head of Department support for the department during the absence of the Health Information Management (HIM) Director.
