Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders in the medical community.

  • Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and educational workshops to increase awareness and understanding of Rovymedx s offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the management team.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.
  • Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and professional network.
  • Support the launch of new products and initiatives by providing feedback from the field and assisting with training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
