Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company s products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
Organize and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational workshops for medical professionals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the management.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to management.
Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and network with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the promotion and sale of medical products.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide customer insights and support promotional campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
