RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients within various healthcare organizations and practices.
• Make phone calls and follow up, if needed, before going to the market.
• Arrange appointments with current and prospective doctors & pharmacists and meet them to identify their needs and present new/relevant products.
• Make presentations to doctors and pharmacists.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive relationship with current and prospective clients in the assigned area geographically.
• Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff;
• Attend planned congresses as part of the marketing activities, inside or outside the country.
• Manage the samples.
• Log client contacts, meetings/calls, and sales conversations in the appropriate database.
• Respond to sales replenishment calls from clients.
• Place sales orders.
• Merchandising activities in the points of sale where applicable.

Target setting and achievement

• Reach or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
• Ensure sales targets are met in terms of volume, product family and individual stock keeping unit.
• Reach or exceed the market visit per day

Market Feedback and reporting

• To be aware of the competition activities in the market.
• Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products by anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly to the plan provided by the Team Manager.
• Provide market feedback regarding customer needs, customer satisfaction, pricing, completion to management.
• Respond and participate with the Direct Manager in all activities.
• Attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings; Send weekly reports & planners to Direct Manager.
