Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and represent GROOVY Medical Spa s range of medical, aesthetic, and wellness services to potential clients and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, dentists, nutritionists, and other medical specialists to drive referrals and business growth.
- Conduct informative presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients and partners about the benefits and features of GROOVY s offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and participate in events, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide actionable insights for service improvement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, wellness, and spa services to effectively communicate value to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics, dermatology, dental, or wellness services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a premium medical spa.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under a permanent contract, and on-site at GROOVY Medical Spa.
