Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote Macro Group s pharmaceutical and cosmetic products to healthcare professionals through regular outdoor visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders within assigned territories.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting product benefits and differentiators.
Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer needs to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards during all interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry advancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Science, Chemistry or Biology
0-1 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an outdoor environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
