Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Promote and sell Rovymedx s products to healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies and hospitals within the assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on the latest products, therapies, and industry developments relevant to the company s portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively present complex medical information.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
