Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role involves fieldwork across multiple areas and focuses on:
- Visiting doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals on a regular basis to promote company products
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Presenting products clearly and professionally, highlighting benefits and key features
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous engagement
- Achieving assigned sales targets and expanding market coverage
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and reporting feedback to management
- Planning daily routes and managing time efficiently to cover assigned areas
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Dietetics, Biochemistry, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical or Field Representative
Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
Results-driven with the ability to meet targets
Willingness to work outdoors and cover multiple areas
