Medical Representative Galderma

Medical Representative is responsible for meeting HCPs to disseminate scientific and technical information in relation to Galderma products to support HCP in meeting patient needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide scientific information on Galderma products and conduct science-based product messages where the product could support HCP in meeting patient needs.

• Provide a broader range of content on the therapeutic area to health care providers

• Support health care providers onboarding into Galderma's online scientific platforms (e.g., GAIN Connect).

• Conduct market research on the therapeutic area across health care providers

• Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.

• Acts as key POC for seamless (compliant) reactive-only connection to Galderma SMEs and resources.

• Orchestrate ideal patient experience through relevant content selection based on knowledge of customer preferences.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned territory.

• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

• Ensures excellent medical knowledge related to his/her disease area and product.
