Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Macro Group s pharmaceutical and cosmetic products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product information and provide samples.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events to increase product awareness.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor information.
- Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
