Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sell medical devices and supplies to hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, and sports facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and end-users.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives in line with company goals.
- Provide timely and accurate information on products, pricing, and availability to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance product knowledge and market presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, or healthcare.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in medical sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare products, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations.
