Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify and target key medical professionals and potential clients within the designated territories.

Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with consultants and specialists in various hospital departments, including Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Oncology.

Regularly visit healthcare professionals (doctors, consultants, specialists) in clinics, hospitals, and medical centers to promote El Shorouk Swiss Hospital's services and facilities.

Present and articulate the value proposition of our medical services, new technologies, and patient care standards.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and progress towards targets.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless patient referrals and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Science, Dentistry, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine).

1-3 years of proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Cairo, El Shorouk, Obour City, and Nasr City.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driving license and own car preferred.
