Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
- Present and demonstrate medical products or pharmaceutical solutions effectively to healthcare providers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Provide product information, training, and support to healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline reports.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and promotional events to enhance product visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, products, and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
