Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
- Build and maintain balanced scientific relationships with key external experts to deepen understanding of customer research needs and opportunities in Immunology (Respiratory & GI).
- Develop a clear understanding of the healthcare ecosystem through stakeholder mapping and identifying key milestones in patient journeys.
- Provide healthcare professionals and decision-makers with accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information about our Immunology portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and clinical teams to coordinate Phase IV clinical projects, facilitate investigator-sponsored study submissions, support publications, and assist in site selection.
- Act as a product expert supporting commercial teams during training sessions, particularly in handling medical objections.
- Serve as the primary source of real-world medical insights and scientific expert feedback from the field to brand teams.
- Represent Sanofi at key medical and scientific conferences by staffing medical information booths, gathering competitive intelligence, and observing sponsored speakers.
- Receive, document, and report adverse events according to company procedures and ensure risk management plan implementation and monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: University degree in life sciences required; MD, PhD, or PharmD strongly preferred
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in specialty care and/or Immunology/Gastroenterology is a plus
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively at various management levels, including with scientific external experts
- Soft skills: Self-motivated team player with business acumen, resource planning abilities, and the capacity to inspire and motivate others
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic
