ID Medical, in partnership with Aya Global Talent, is seeking 100 experienced Medical/Surgical Nurses to join one of the United States’ most respected healthcare systems. This opportunity is open to nurses in the UAE ready to relocate and advance their careers in the U.S.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses
• Develop, document, and implement care plans to achieve positive outcomes
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with the last 2 years in Medical/Surgical nursing
• BSc in Nursing (minimum)
• NCLEX cleared
• Multi-country experience preferred (UK/IRE/UAE ideal)
• Language exam cleared
• CGFNS Visa Screen completed or in progress
• Willingness to transition from H1B visa to EB3 if required

Salary and Benefits

• Base rate: $37.00 – $46.00 per hour
• Additional pay differentials:
• $5 per hour for nights/weekends
• $10 per hour for weekend nights
• $6 per hour for flex pay
• $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid on commencement)
• 30 days’ accommodation arranged on arrival
• One-way flight to the U.S.
• Employer sponsorship & DS160 fee reimbursement
• Community orientation prior to onboarding
• Support with bank account setup, housing, and social security registration
