Prepare, underwrite, issue, amend, cancel, terminate, and sign Medical and related insurance policies within authorized limits, ensuring compliance with underwriting standards, coordinating with the line manager as required.

Prepare and communicate written offers for Medical and related lines of business policies within authorized limits, coordinating with the line manager when necessary.

Serve as a technical resource, and provide comprehensive support to clients, internal and external channels, and employees by clarifying submitted offers, quotations, coverage details, exclusions, and claims procedures.

Follow up on pending files, policies renewal, missing Sign & Return copies and original applications to ensure timely issuance and compliance.

Verify claim eligibility and maintain close follow-up with the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or Medical Claims Unit to ensure timely resolution.

Handle the preparation of warning letters.

Scan and efficiently document all new proposals' forms.

Print, package and ensure accurate dispatching of Medical and related lines of business insurance policies.

Address complaints and raised quality issues
