Meet & Greet Officer

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome passengers upon arrival at the helipad or terminal and provide a professional first point of contact.

Assist passengers with check-in procedures and verify booking details.

Coordinate passenger flow to ensure timely boarding and disembarkation.

Provide passengers with safety brief information and general service guidance when required.

Liaise with flight operations, ground staff, and security to ensure smooth operations.

Assist passengers with baggage handling within permitted limits.

Provide support to VIP guests and ensure a high level of customer service.

Communicate any schedule changes or operational updates to passengers.

Ensure passenger areas are organized, presentable, and compliant with safety standards.

Support operational teams in maintaining an efficient and seamless shuttle service experience.

Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor s degree in hospitality, aviation, or a related field (preferred).

Experience & Skills:

0-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation ground handling is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Good coordination and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English & Arabic, any other Languages is an advantage.
