Roles & Responsibilities

To strategically lead, elevate, and harmonize the member journey across all CORE Life properties, ensuring every interaction is curated, personalized, and reflective of our commitment to holistic wellness and excellence. The Member Experience Director will champion a service culture that enhances member satisfaction, deepens engagement, and increases retention and advocacy. This role is pivotal in positioning CORE Life as the world's most exclusive wellness lifestyle brand.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years in customer experience, guest relations, or luxury service leadership roles within high-end wellness, hospitality, or fitness brands.

Proven experience scaling service standards across multi-site operations, ideally across international or regional brands.

Strong understanding of luxury wellness trends, customer psychology, and brand storytelling.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Customer Experience, or related field; MBA or advanced leadership training preferred.
