Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage CORE s membership sales activities resulting in month-over-month revenue growth.
- Serve as the lead relationship manager and trusted advisor, maintaining detailed knowledge of member needs, company milestones, and growth trajectory along with the Members Relations Manager.
- Proactively identify opportunities for high-profile companies to engage across all CORE Services.
- Identify high-quality entrepreneurs, startups, and enterprise companies that will compose our community and are actively engaged in it.
- Maintain and develop a network with notable local investors, advisors, thought leaders and sector and functional experts to provide support for CORE members.
- Actively manage inbound and outbound Salesforce funnels of individuals and companies that are interested in CORE membership with utmost organization and efficiency.
- Liaise with the Guest Relations team to provide tours of CORE to interested prospects while telling and selling the story of CORE and what it means to be a part of our community.
- Consistently convert membership sales opportunities at a high rate.
- Attend sales and product training, and develop proficiency in all things CORE, as well as a basic understanding of the technology, education, and startup Wellness industry.
- Proactively share best practices, experiences, and knowledge with membership and Guest Relations teams.
- Meet and strive to succeed in monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
- Regularly ask for direct feedback and ideas for continual improvement.
- Monthly goal setting completes with GM for the club and allocation of the goals to the individuals.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual involvement in goal setting and strategy in how to achieve this.
- Good understanding of memberships to offer the correct membership options.
- Fully understand sales brief with what offers are available and how those offers are tracked.
- Understand how to track sales accelerators and track the individual performance of team members.
- Immaculate understating required sales pricing structure and what prices are on offer.
- Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration or any related field
- Minimum 8 years in a related field, of which at least 4 in a managerial position
- Experience utilizing CRM tools to build relational experiences informed by behavioural insights.
- Experience managing impact-led customer success or membership recruitment and engagement in a sales and marketing or membership organization.
