Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute membership acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build strong relationships with existing members to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify and approach potential members to grow the organisation's network.
- Handle membership inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Organise and manage membership events and initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in membership management
- Experience working with senior executives, policymakers, or institutional partners
- Flexibility to travel frequently for events and partner related activities
- Excellent English communication skills, Arabic is a plus
