Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the setup and development of the MENA Learning & Capacity Hub
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, donors, and international organizations
Drive business development and funding opportunities across the region
Oversee the design and delivery of training and capacity-building programs (online & in-person)
Manage donor relations, reporting, and compliance requirements
Define strategy, performance tracking, and regional growth plans
Build and lead a multidisciplinary team and trainers network
Strengthen regional positioning and visibility across MENA
Desired Candidate Profile
5 8+ years of experience in NGOs, international development, partnerships, or business development
Strong experience in donor relations, fundraising, or partnership management
Background in training, learning, or capacity-building programs is a strong advantage
Proven ability to work in complex, multicultural environments
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of the MENA humanitarian and development ecosystem
Fluent in English, Arabic, and French (mandatory)
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
