Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting) in Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD.
  • Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D coordination models as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Architects to ensure proper clash-free design integration.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between disciplines using BIM tools.
  • Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and fabrication drawings from BIM models.
  • Ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
  • Update and revise models as per project requirements and client feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP BIM modeling (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).
  • Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks (knowledge of Dynamo / BIM 360 is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, and local authority regulations (UAE standards preferred).
  • Ability to prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings independently.
  • Hands-on experience in clash detection and resolution.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
