Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all MEP construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications; coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and attend coordination meetings with the client, consultant, and other disciplines.
  • Ensure all installations comply with local codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to ensure proper MEP integration.
  • Manage material submittals, approvals, and procurement in line with project schedules.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality control procedures are implemented.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes of MEP systems.
  • Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource allocation for efficiency.
