Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To oversee and coordinate all MEP works on-site, ensuring execution in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Supervise MEP installations and ensure adherence to drawings, method statements, and project standards.
  • Coordinate material, equipment, and subcontractor approvals.
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control.
  • Prepare As-Built drawings, O&M manuals, and performance reports.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for approvals and compliance.
  • Monitor progress, schedule, and contractor performance to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • HVAC systems installation and operation
  • BMS (Building Management System) knowledge
  • CCTV and access control systems
  • MEP construction standards and local authority requirements
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
