Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all MEP works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Review and comment on MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Liaise between the MEP subcontractors and site teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all MEP works are integrated smoothly with civil and architectural works.
- Monitor MEP progress and ensure timely completion in line with the overall project schedule.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or conflicts in MEP designs and installations.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and ensuring timely delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project management team.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input where necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years of experience as MEP Coordinator, preferably in Civil Construction Industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong background in handling MEP systems in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings
Detail-oriented and technically sound with good communication skills.
Proactive, head strong & motivated with strong organizational skills.
Excellent command in English (speaking and writing)
