Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) on construction projects
Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure work is aligned with project schedules
Review and coordinate shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements
Ensure clash-free coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural works
Attend coordination meetings with consultants and project teams
Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and standards
Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover
Ensure timely completion of MEP works within budget and schedule
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects
Must have worked with a main contractor
Must have completed at least 3 projects as an MEP Coordinator
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequencing
Familiar with UAE codes, regulations, and standards, Excellent coordination, leadership, and
