Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using CAD software to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications to prepare accurate drawings and layouts.
  • Conduct site visits to gather measurements and confirm installation constraints, ensuring designs are practical and achievable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred for foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in MEP drafting, showcasing hands-on expertise in the industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is essential for producing high-quality drawings.
  • Certification in MEP design or drafting (such as LEED or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
