Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Create detailed drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from project team and clients.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Assist in preparing material take-offs and cost estimates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements: - Proven experience working as an MEP Draftsman in the construction industry. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. - Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
