MEP Draughtsman – Infrastructure & Landscaping Desert group investment LLC

Prepare detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings for infrastructure MEP systems. Develop layouts for: ·       Irrigation networks (pipelines, valve chambers, pump rooms etc.) ·       Stormwater and drainage systems ·       Sewerage and potable water networks ·       Street lighting, Landscape lighting layouts, networks and ducting layouts ·       Coordinate with civil, landscape and utility teams to resolve clashes and ensure proper routing of services. ·       Modify drawings based on site conditions, engineer instructions and consultant comments. ·       Ensure compliance with local authority standards such as Dubai Municipality, DEWA and RTA. ·       Prepare profiles, cross-sections, and details for utility corridors and service trenches. ·       Assist in material take-offs and quantity calculations from drawings. ·       Maintain proper revision control and documentation of drawings. ·       Support site execution team with drawing clarifications and updates.
