ELECTRICAL DRAUGHTSMAN

1. Prepare accurate electrical shop drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), Shop drawings, as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

2. Assist in the preparation of load schedules, panel schedules, and cable schedules and voltage drop calculations

3. Ensure all drawings comply with DEWA regulations, UAE standards,

4. ELV experience is added advantage

5. Proven experience in residential projects/High rise building projects in UAE
   
   PLUMBING DRAUGHTSMAN
   
   1. Experienced in creating detailed plumbing shop drawings, coordinated drawings, riser diagrams, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
   2.Must produce drainage schematics, isometric views and section details for water supply, drainage, hot water.
   3. Candidate should have knowledge of UAE standards and DEWA regulations

   4.Experience in MEP drafting focused in plumbing systems in UAE construction projects (high-rise, commercial, residential, villas preferred).

   5. Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (mandatory); Navisworks knowledge is a strong plus.

      
      HVAC DRAUGHTSMAN
      
      1. Preparation and review of detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordinated drawings, duct layouts, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

      2.Produce ducting layouts, isometric views, section details, riser diagrams

      3.Prepare and maintain AHU schedules, fan schedules, duct schedules, damper schedules, and material take-off drawings.

      
      COORDINATION DRAUGHTSMAN-MEP
      
      1. Perform advanced MEP coordination across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, structural, and interior design drawings to eliminate clashes.
